Squash Courts
Poult Wood Golf Centre has four squash courts, changing rooms, lockers, and showers available to use, a water fountain is available in the corridor, a range of soft drinks are now available from the bar, all the courts are overlooked by a spectator viewing gallery. The centre has an active Poult Wood Squash and Racketball Club. Coaching sessions take place on a regular basis.
The courts session times start on the hour (for one hour), open between 9am and 10:20pm, 7 days per week.
To use the squash courts, please purchase a token upstairs from the bar. After purchasing a token and checking that the court is not booked, insert you token into the payment in the machine located near to the desired court.
Please note evening court sessions after 5pm must be pre-booked. All session times start on the hour as follows 5pm, 6pm etc, sessions must not overrun.
Prices
Each Token gives one hour session:
Normal token rate - £7.00.
Concession token rate - £5.00

Squash booking is available free of charge to all users.

Coaching
Squash coaching for juniors is available by the resident club, Poult Wood Squash and Racketball Club. Please contact the club on 07801106762 for further information or see their website. The club have been awarded the brooze standard by Squash England we are also an approved Mini Squash Centre.
Squash junior coaching courses
Eight week courses are run for 5-17 year olds. The next course is running from Saturday 19 January 2013 (no sessions 16 & 23 February) this is organised by the Poult Wood Squash and Racketball club. Coaching by qualified and experienced coach with CRB check. 5-8 year olds 8.45-9.25am £28, 8-11 year olds 9.25-10.15am £40, 11-17 year olds 10.15-11.10am £40, 11-17 year olds - 11.10am- 12.05 £40.
